CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules to avoid forfeiting your deposit. The deposit is non-refundable and will be retained for any late cancellations or no-shows. Life happens, and I'm happy to work with you when possible, but late cancellations and no- shows affect scheduling for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
